"I chose Feverbox in the first place because they were the cheapest providers of Hitachi magic wands in the UK. Unfortunately, the postal service lost my package. Rebecca was extremely devoted to get the package retrieved in spite of the very unhelpful customer service of the postal service. After a few days, and as soon as my item went back in stock, she decided to stop having me waiting and sent me a new wand with a 10% discount voucher. That proves again that big companies will never be able to equal the service of a good and well-managed "small" business."

Btw: I recently bought a laptop from Dell and had a problem with it crashing all the time - I'm still arguing with them about replacing the laptop only to be met with disdain and disinterest. Just goes to show - small business can be more helpful than multi nationals."
