- You must add a free product to your basket and checkout with that product in order to receive your freebie.
The products for which you qualify are shown in your shopping basket, below the items you have put in your basket. If you have a problem adding your free gift, please contact us before submitting your order, otherwise we may not be able to include it in your parcel.
- We reserve the right to substitute your free product with another product of similar cost price if the free product you choose is out of stock.
This means we do not have to hold up dispatch of your order if your chosen freebie is out of stock.
- If you return part of your order and receive a refund that takes your order value below the threshold for your free product, we will not ask you to return the item (for obvious reasons!). However, we reserve the right to charge you for the product at our cost price if we believe you are exploiting our free gift scheme.
