When you check out via the Feverbox website you can choose from the following payment options:
Paying by Credit or Debit Card (SecureHosting)
We've tapped into the expertise of SecureHosting and Lloyds TSB Cardnet for processing card payments.
Your credit/debit card statement will show your payment to us as "SecureHosting - FB". Our full company name will not appear.
When you check out, select the option to pay by "Credit/Debit Card". You will be passed to our page on the SecureHosting website. Your address details and the amount to be charged will be completed automatically as this information is passed from our system to SecureHosting.
You can use various major credit and debit cards:
- Mastercard
- Maestro
- Solo
- Visa
- Visa Delta
- Visa Electron
Once you have completed payment you will be returned to the Feverbox website. You will see an order confirmation, and you will also receive an email confirmation. Your payment is then complete.
Paying by PayPal
When you check out, select the option to pay by "PayPal". You will be passed to the PayPal website to complete your payment. If you have a PayPal account, you can use either your PayPal balance (or part of your balance) and/or one of the following credit/debit cards:
- Amex
- Discover
- Maestro
- Mastercard
- Solo
- Visa
- Visa Delta
- Visa Electron
You do not need to have a PayPal account to pay using PayPal (this is called an eCheque payment). However, please allow approximately 7 days for the funds to clear to our PayPal account before we can dispatch your order.
Your address and the payment amount will be completed automatically, and your PayPal payment will be sent to us at orders@feverbox.co.uk. Once your payment is complete please "Continue" to be returned to the Feverbox website where you will see confirmation of your order. Your payment is then complete.
Paying by Cheque or Postal Order
When you check out, select to pay by "Cheque/Postal Order". You will see a printable summary of your order and the address to which your payment should be posted, namely:

Your cheque or Postal Order should be made payable to "Feverbox". Please note that we can only accept cheques and Postal Orders in pounds sterling.
You can arrange a Postal Order at any Post Office branch. Please note that a Postal Order is also known as a Money Order.
Please allow an additional 5 working days to our standard delivery times to allow your cheque or Postal Order to be banked and cleared.
For all orders
Please ensure you include a contact email address and phone number when placing your order so that we can contact you if there are any problems. We will always try to contact you via the email address first, and use the phone as a last resort.
