Delivery

Orders are usually dispatched on the same day or the next working day. We will keep you informed of the progress of your order, and send you a tracking number for your parcel by email. If for any reason we are out of stock of an item, we would expect to be able to obtain the goods within 7 working days.

Delivery is free for UK orders over £39. Otherwise, there is a small charge of £3.95 for UK deliveries by Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery or £5.95 for UK deliveries via Parcel Force Courier. Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery is a 1 to 3 working day service, although Royal Mail advise that 92% of First Class mail currently arrives the next day. Parcel Force Courier is a next day service.

If your order is heavy or includes a bulky item it may be sent via Parcel Force Courier irrespective of whether you paid for this service or not.

Signing for your parcel

All delivery services we use require a signature for delivery of your parcel.

Royal Mail: If you are not available when Royal Mail try to deliver your parcel a card will be left and the parcel will be kept at your local Royal Mail office/depot for 7 days enabling you to collect or arrange re-delivery at a mutually convenient date/time.

Courier: If you are not available when the courier tries to deliver your parcel it will be returned to your local depot and kept for 5 days, at which point it will be returned to us.

Please note that if a parcel is returned to us extra payment is required to re-dispatch the parcel. We also reserve the right to pass on any charges levied by Parcel Force for parcels they were unable to deliver.

Delivery to European countries and the United States

We now offer delivery to some European countries and to the United States - please see the table above for details of countries and prices. Shipping methods to the United States and European countries vary according to weight. However, we usually use Royal Mail Airsure (Registered). This is a 3 to 5 working day service.

If you would like to order goods for delivery to a country that is not listed in the table above, please contact us as we may be able to do this for you.

Delayed orders

If your order is delayed we will let you know via email. If your order is delayed and has not been dispatched you can cancel (and receive a full refund) or order an alternative item(s) (and receive a refund for goods of a lesser value).

Discreet Packaging

All goods are sent discreetly in a nondescript package with no indication of the contents. Your parcel will look like this:
